Boston’s Liberty Wharf hangs ‘no vacancy’ sign
Liberty Wharf, home to Legal Harborside and other busy waterfront eateries, is now packed to the gills.
Jones Lang LaSalle, the broker for developer Cresset, said today that the South Boston mixed-use complex is now 100 percent leased, with three fresh signings for office space on the fourth floor.
The new leases are with Fama PR, a public relations firm for technology companies which expanded its offices; open-source software developer RStudio; and law firm Hayes Bostock and Cronin LLC.
“I am pleased that the final pieces are in place for this remarkable project,” said Bill Motley, Jones Lang LaSalle’s managing director. “These leases complete an impressive roster of quality, high-growth companies.”
The existing office tenants in the four-story, wood-and-glass building are Congress Wealth Management, restaurant developer Cronin Group and American Energy Efficiency Co.
Besides Legal Harborside, Liberty Wharf’s restaurants are Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse, Temazcal Tequila Cantina and Jerry Remy’s Sports Bar & Grill.
Liberty Wharf, which replaced Jimmy’s Harborside Restaurant, opened last spring.
